Recruiting Deputy Construction Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Company’s Deputy Construction Manager performs the following tasks:

• Coordinate with parties to combine (combine) drawings between Construction and MEP
• Monitor changes in Construction, Architecture, Structure when meeting with Owner
• Lead morning/afternoon briefings internally and with Teams/Subcontractors
• Check construction methods, Shop drawings of Construction items
• Check BOQ – Volume breakdown table, send Requisition to Purchase (ROP) and send to Procurement department
• Check the construction item payment records with the Investor
• Checking construction item payment records with Subcontractors/Teams
• Check/Control Quality Records (QC) of Construction.
• Working place: Yen My Industrial Park, Yen My, Hung Yen

Requirements:

• Male, Graduated from a university with a major in related technical schools
• Having at least 5 years of experience, preference is given to candidates who have worked in a similar position
• Good English (communication, reading comprehension, email…)
• Having experience in general coordination, assigning work, following the specialized officers/engineers below.
• Preparation of construction schedule & construction plan.
• Able to work independently and in groups.
