Sales & Marketing JOB

• Create effective marketing, promotion, and project development campaigns
• Develop and implement Marketing plans on the mass media WEB, FACEBOOK, YOUTUBE and run ads (if needed)
• Regularly refresh and post on the Website (inexperienced will support)
• Introduce, promote and update the company’s products and brands to current and potential customers
• Occasionally go to the construction site to write articles
• Connecting with industrial parks, consulting contractors, departments … to approach the project investor, exploit information about potential projects and develop the market for services and products of the Company according to the plan. assigned;
• Contact the investor to present the company’s capacity, capture the required information, design consultancy for the investor on the investor’s project;
• Acting as a bridge to transmit customer requirements, supporting the control of jobs when required from customers;
• Building and maintaining close relationships, customer care activities, resolving customer inquiries and complaints when required;
• Processing information and requirements in the construction and construction of the investor’s project in Vietnam; plan to coordinate with related departments to fulfill the requirements of the investor.
• Perform other tasks as requested by direct superior managers and the Board of Directors

• Graduated from College/University or above in majors, preferably in Journalism/Marketing/PR
• Female: death age 25-35
• Experience in construction business is preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Confident and agile demeanor.
• Honesty, confidentiality of information related to work.
• Possess good communication, information extraction and problem-solving skills.

• Salary: 12-20 million depending on ability
